.Additional transaction information is provided by Paypal when you use Paypal to complete an entry or sponsorship payment.
Your personal information may be used by us to contact you by post, phone or by email when necessary in connection with entries or sponsorship. It is also used to verify with the Fell Pony Society the pony registration and owner membership details.
The information provided will be used to produce a catalogue for the show and a list of sponsors on the website.
Results of the show, including photo's, will be passed to various magazines for publication.
The information is stored on servers managed by 1and1.
Access to the information is via a separate website which is secure and password protected.
Retention
The information will be retained for a maximum of 7 years following the date of the show entered. The information may be required for auditing purposes.
